Dissertational work is devoted to complex theoretical research and development of practical recommendations on minimization of crediting risks of the agricultural enterprises by banks. It is specified theoretical and methodological bases of credit risks of bank, credit risk concerning agricultural enterprises – borrowers. The credit risk according to contractors of the credit contract is divided. The estimation of bank crediting of the agricultural enterprises and methods of an estimation of the borrower is lead. Efficiency of an existing control system is investigated by credit risks of bank. Priority directions of management quality improvement are determined by credit risk of bank. Recommendations for reduction of credit risk are offered at crediting the agricultural enterprises.
