Dissertation is devoted research of theoretical positions and development of practical recommendations from the improvement of the mortgage crediting of the housing real estate in Ukraine. Set connection of mortgage market with the market of the real estate and system of the mortgage crediting on the whole. Certainly influence of factors and their change on volumes and cost of the mortgage crediting. The algorithm of increase of efficiency of the mortgage crediting, institution structure, is offered, structure organizationally economic to the mechanism and methodical going near prognostication of volumes of financial resources for the mortgage housing crediting on the basis of the use of parabolic, exponential and linear models of trends.
