The thesis is devoted to the analysis of efficiency of public dividend capital management in the industry of Ukraine and its value in the economy. The thesis determines the main problems and obstacles for public dividend capital management, namely: a lack of strategic programs on the development of public industry sector, inefficient management of enterprises with public corporate law, noncompetitiveness of the majority of researched enterprises in the domestic and the international markets, chaotic privatization of profitable enterprises, etc.
