Kashpruk Y. Institutional regulation of banking development in Ukraine

The thesis represents a profound analysis of nature and functions of banking institutional regulation, structure and factors which influence institutional banking development. Peculiarities of legal banking regulation in Ukraine are investigated. The author defines agents and methodological tools of banking institutional regulation, investigates the influence of financial infrastructure and corporate culture on its development. The research defines potential of risk management while providing banking institutional regulation. Based on a comparative analysis of foreign experience in the sphere of banking institutional regulation, the author suggests a mechanism of banking institutional regulation in Ukraine. Further trends of banking institutional regulation are outlined in the thesis.
