Zakharova T. Models and information technology for investment decision-making support

Object of research: investment decision-making process. The aim of the research is models and information technology development for grounded investment decision-making taking into account situation at the investment market and chosen policy. Methods: cognitive modeling, correlation analysis, analytic hierarchy process, decision-making theory, comparator identification, relational databases theory, and business-processes designing. Theoretical and practical results: development of models and information technology for grounded investment decision-making support taking into account situation at the investment market and chosen policy, which are based on system analysis approach. Scientific novelty: improvement of information technology for investment decision-making support via using developed mathematical and information models and technologies for grounded decision-making in investment market situation determination, investment policy formation, investment projects' estimation, and projects' portfolio construction. Degree of implementation: results implemented in Ltd. "Azovo-Chornomorska Investment Company"(Kharkiv) and in Ltd. "Pivna Khata"(Slovyansk, Donetsk region). Application area: information-analytical management systems of companies dealing with investment activity for investment decision-making.
