Kondrashchenko V. Models and information technology of investment projects financing management

A research object - financing processes of investment projectst. The research aim: is development of information technology and a decision support system for increasing profitability of investment projects on the basis of developed mathematical models of project's financing processes management and investment schemes computing technologies based on methods of mathematical programming. Research methods: fundamental provisions of the system analysis theory, theory of decision-making, theory of indistinct sets, methods of mathematical programming and multi-criteria optimization, methods of business processes modeling and design of information systems. Theoretical results and practical results: there are developed mathematical models of investment projects financing management which allow building and choosing rational schemes of projects funding involving various sources of third-party capital. There is also developed an applied information technology which can be integrated into companies' information and analytical control system or into systems of strategic management. The scientific innovation consists in development of an information technology of projects' financing processes management on the basis of the developed mathematical models and financing schemes building technologies, which allows choosing a rational funding schema having various considered sources of external investments. This can increase efficiency of investment projects and provide information support for all decision-making process of projects' financing management. An application: results are applied in "Azovo-Chernomorskaya Investment Company" Ltd. (Kharkov), and in the institute "YuzhtransNIIproyekt" (Kharkov). Sphere of the use: corporate information systems of enterprises which are engaged in investment activity for managing investment projects financing processes.
