Essay

Object of the study is processes of the development of the sphere of the physical culture and sport in condition of the market transformation of the economy of the Ukraine. Objective of study is development theoretical and scientifically-methodical positions, development scientifically-practical recommendation on increasing social and cost-performance of the development of the sphere of the physical culture and sport. Methods of research are history approach, analysis and syntheses, selective studies, logical and technical-economic analysis, system approach, scientific abstraction, graphic and mathematical modeling, designing and simulation modeling. Theoretical and practical results: the motivation of the conceptual positions of the development of the sphere of the physical culture and sport in condition of the market transformation of the economy of the Ukraine; methodical positions of the government regulation of the sphere of the physical culture and sport of the Ukraine. Novelty is production and decision new actual for social-economic system of the Ukraine of the task for developments of the sphere of the physical culture and sport in condition of the market transformation of the economy of the Ukraine. Degree of the introduction by Committee on questions of the families, youth politicians, sport and tourism Verhovna Rada Ukraine, Federation of the american football of the Ukraine, "Athletic handball club "Politehnik", TYUF ZYUD "Ukraine". Sphere of use is Ministry youth and sport of the Ukraine and athletic federations of the Ukraine.
