Essay

The thesis is devoted to development of compositions of wear-resistant composite materials on the basis of epoxy polymer, modified carboxyl olygobutadiene rubbers and filled with nanopowders, on the basis of the establishment of regularities of formation of structure and set of physical-mechanical properties epoxy-rubber mastics. To determine the influence of the molecular weight epoxy resins, chemical nature of the hardener and the temperature-time modes of curing abrasion and the main physical and mechanical properties of polymers. It is shown that the mixture of epoxy resins of different molecular weight allows significantly (by about 50%) reduce the wear and tear compared to the individual components of the mixture, as well as with the basic resin, which corresponds to an average molecular mass of mixed composition. It is shown that the addition of nanopowders oxides of zirconium and aluminium leads to significant growth of the indicators of the cohesive strength (1.8-2.0 times), deformation at rupture (1.2-1.3 times) and the modulus of elasticity (in 1.4 of-1.7 times) polymer with a relatively small change of wear resistance, adhesion strength and heat resistance of еpoxy polymers.
