The author of thesis conducted a comprehensive scientific study of the topical issues arising in the implementation of the institution of charges withdrawing by prosecutor. Prosecutor's grounds and motifs to withdraw the charges are described and systematized on the basis of the analysis of charges institution and prosecutor's withdrawing of charges. The classification of kinds of prosecutor's withdrawing of charges is made in accordance with different criteria.
