Essay

Dissertation work is devoted to the development of theoretical positions and the development of bases of the methodical providing of the improvement of innovatory activity of construction enterprise. The analysis of theoretic-methodological and scientific-methodological, and practical aspects of the improvement of innovatory activity of enterprises is conducted. The economic contents of the innovatory activity in construction is theoretically grounded and the essence and role of the innovatory policy of building enterprises are determined as a basic factor of the improvement of their innovatory activity. The modern condition and dynamics of the innovatory activity of enterprises is investigated. Directions, motivation and co-operation of factors of its improvement for the enterprises of building industry are considered and they play a substantial role in the development of the innovative process in economy as a generator of multiplicative effect. Theoretical principles are grounded and the methodical approach is developed for the improvement of the innovative activity of building enterprises and the effectiveness and efficiency of their innovative policy are determined. Some measures of public innovative policy in building, directed on the improvement of innovative activity of building enterprises are offered. The organizational-methodological approach for the formation of the innovatory policy of building enterprises is elaborated. It provides the formation of a certain type of the innovatory policy for each enterprise and is based on the principles of the trend, integrity, systematization.
