Volkova M. Organizational provision of costs management of building materials industry enterprise

Theoretical fundamentals of systemizing costs characters as an object of management within the system of organizational provision of costs management have been generalized. Organization and methodical aspects of building system of costs management of an enterprise have been revealed. Organization and methodical provision of planning, forming and controlling production costs has been considered. Composition of forming factors of organizational provision of production costs management of the Ukrainian building materials industry enterprises has been determined. Analysis of statement of the production costs forming branch factors has been carried out. Evaluating level of building materials industry enterprises' costs management organization has been done. Generalizing evaluation of the branch enterprises costs efficiency has been conducted. Approach to forming motivation mechanism of stimulating costs decrease within the internal economic relations of the enterprise's subdivisions has been substantiated. Non-linear mathematical model of optimal distribution of funds for financing and organizing implementation of measures on decreasing non-productive costs of an enterprise has been solved. Chain of organizing budget financial planning and monitoring costs of an enterprise within the context of forming organizational provision of costs management has been developed.
