Object of research: the process of creating and evaluating the quality of expert scientific and educational literature of the university. Objective: to increase the effectiveness of the professional activities of research and teaching staff of universities and experts methodical commissions at various levels. For the first time, an approach to the representation of natural language structures and their models based on the terms and definitions, text, educational, methodical and scientific literature; improved method of marking text information using XML, by the introduction of generic types of educational, methodical and scientific literature; further developed methods for structuring and organizing educational, methodical and scientific literature in the form of a body of textual information. Area of Application: creating a unified information space of educational, methodical and scientific literature text information of the university, development tools, corporate knowledge bases.
