Primich D. The right to collective bargaining and conclusion of collective bargaining agreements: international standards and legislation of Ukrain.

The thesis is a special complex research of theoretical and practical questions of securing the right to collective bargaining and conclusion of collective bargaining agreements according to international acts and legislation of Ukraine. In the thesis the definition, subject and principles of collective bargaining concerning collective agreements are defined. Legislative provisions, legal nature, subjective content, structure, mechanism of implementation of the right for collective bargaining and conclusion of collective bargaining agreements, agreements according to international acts and acts of labour legislation of Ukraine are defined. The propositions on improvement of current labour legislation and appropriate provisions of the Draft Labour Code of Ukraine in the sphere of securing of the right to collective bargaining and conclusion of collective agreements, agreements studying international standards and positive foreign experience of foreign countries are formulated.
