Timokhina T. Clinical aspects, prevention and treatment of periodontal disease and oral mucosa diseases of women of reproductive age with iron deficiency anemia.

The thesis is devoted to increasing the effectiveness of prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases and oral mucosa diseases in women of reproductive age with iron deficiency anemia Pregnants with iron deficiency anemia revealed a significant (to 87,2+4,9 %) prevalence of periodontal diseases, increasing its combination with oral mucosa diseases (cheilitis, glossitis). In pregnant women and women of reproductive age with iron deficiency anemia formed violation micro-ecology of the various habitats of the mouth. Observed reduction in populations of CD3 + T cells against B-lymphocytosis, elevated lymphocyte subpopulations with early (CD25 +) and late (HLA-DR +) markers of activation, increased levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-a, IL-1b that IL-6. Cytological study indicates unbalanced influence clinical factors on the cytological properties oral tissue. It was shown that the inclusion of a comprehensive treatment of periodontal diseases in pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia proposed medical complex provides sufficient efficacy of treatment of periodontal diseases and oral mucosa diseases in this group of women.
