Essay

The 97 somatoform vegetative dysfunction of cardiovascular system patients (SVDCVS) (F 45.30) and 40 panic disorder (PD) (F 41.0) patients has been ob-served. The clinic-psychopathologic investigation SVDCVS and PD patients was done longitudiness structurised and by steps. For SVDCVS and PD patients the most efficient there is using medical psycho-logical correction system, built on integrative principle, which contains suggestive psychotherapy complex, with elements cognitive-byhavioral therapy, group therapy and autogenic training.
