Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the management level of competitiveness with a focus on industrial interest in improving their own projects.Based on the synthesis of theoretical and practical approaches to managing the level of market competitiveness of products developed and the procedure for the improvement of the product, based on comparison of the level of its market competitiveness and internal competitiveness of the project to determine the list of projects to improve which is objectively reasonable. A factorial-operational approach to managing the level of market competitiveness of products and mechanisms for the key success factors when planning to improve it, which, due to gradual limitation of the factors allows to select the most essential and most cost effective in the integral indicator of competitiveness. The proposed mechanism of motivation in management product allows to stimulate and coordinate the interests of both sides of the market interaction - both producers and consumers.
