The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of the essence of legal relations in the sphere of social protection of the prosecution authorities' employees and their family members. In this scientific paper was studied the notion, social value of legal status of the prosecution authorities' employees, the essence of social protection of the employees of the prosecution authorities' employees and their family members. There were analyzed the measures of legal provision of social protection of the family members of the prosecution authorities' employees, were also named the peculiarities of their social protection.
