Yasnolobov A. Legal regulation of protection of labor rights of workers in the courts of Ukraine

Through research of modern legal regulation of judicial protection workers' rights, conclusions about the specifics of such protection, which manifests itself primarily in the intersection of national civil procedural law and labor law.In this dissertation analyzed the specific regulatory protection of workers' rights in the courts, in accordance with current labor laws. Based on this study dissertator suggestions are made to improve the existing legislation.In the dissertation research author of the thesis reviews the history of the institute of judicial protection of labor rights of workers, mainly from moment of its origin to the latest period of existence of Ukraine.
