Chornobrovka V. The legal regulation of labor protection in the Ukraine in the context of the European integration

During the scientific research the concept of labour safety was enchaced and means multiple arrangements which are added to a legislation with a purpose of the life guarding, personal safety, working ability during performing duties or legal relations with the employer. The co-operation concept at the eurointegration scope was mentioned as two or more subjects interaction for reaching common purpose, which is advantageous for all parties of co-operation as a way to improve economical, social, spacial and political integration. The level of labour legislation of Ukraine adaptation to the European Union labour legislation was researched by the several of parameters.
