Essay

The thesis work is aimed at increasing the quality of orthopedical patients prosthodontic treatment as well as reducing the numbers of complications through developing and introducing new technologies of inlays production with the use of light stiffening composite materials due to improvement of physical and mechanical characteristics under continuous electromagnetic field. In experimental part the obtained results of physical and mechanical research of samples made of light stiffening composite material have indicated that those groups of samples which were exposed to continuous elecromagnetic processing report higher rates of studied parameters compared to those of controlled group which were made with the use of conventional technology. In clinical part of work a group of 121 patients total including male and female at the age of 18 - 55 with various dentine defficiencies have been chosen. While accomplishing the work there were two groups of people formed that needed inlays produced by two different technologies. The employment of the inlays made of light stiffening composite material with the use of suggested technology are highly recommended in cases of prosthetic dentistry for patients with antagonist teeth of higher hardness (natural teeth, metal and metal-porcelain fixed construction).
