Pomoynytska M. Clinical and experimental study of optimal parameters of dentin of caries cavity filling with composites.

TThe thesis presents the research results of hydrotation qualities of dentin of caries cavity as well as development of new approaches to drying of the caries cavity and detining the humidity of dentin wile using adhesive systems with various solvents and composites with the aim to improve treatment efficacy. Basing on measurements of humidity and electrical resistance of dentin of caries cavity on remote and vital teeth was validated and processed feasibility and informative of ejection drying method and the objective determination of the optimum parameters of humidity of dentin. Were determined and experimentally proved parameters of humidity of dentin of cavity using adhesive systems with different solvents. Was proposed a new way to assess marginal adjoining by identifying dye penetration along the border of "tooth-seal". The comparative clinical study after 6 and 12 months of the two groups of patients with an average caries using traditional treatment methods as well as our proposed confirmed their effectiveness, both visually and monitoring and evaluation electrometric marginal fit and analysis of USPHS criterias.
