The dissertation is dedicated to deepening theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of managing investment risk enterprises. The dissertation summarized the theoretical approaches to the definition of investment risk management company as the object, made basic types and functions of enterprise risks, the essence of concepts "of the investment risks of the enterprise," "crisis management" and "anti diagnosis" have been defined and characterized the main stages of decision investment decisions in the company, highlights the main stages of decision-making process: identification and classification of risk, risk assessment, risk management selection methods, the use of selected methods and evaluation, research methodology of investment risk and efficiency of investment projects, the analysis methodologies for evaluating the effectiveness of management of investment risk, investigated the current state of the domestic market for bricks of Ukraine conducted a strategic analysis of domestic enterprises in the brick industry, analysis of project sensitivity to changes in calculation parameters; The process of investment lag the business, the model of crisis management as a risk factor for the optimization of enterprise investment under uncertainty; methodological approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of investment resources of enterprises brick industry in Ukraine.
