Vuytsiv M. Organizational and methodical principles of formation and functioning of internal control on enterprises.

The methodological and practical aspects of internal control are investigated. The theoretical contribution is performed in clarifying of key concepts of value "internal control", "controlling" and "internal audit"; in clarifying the capacity term "internal business controls", which it acquires as a medium of management functions, accounting and control perspectives for modernization of internal control based on study of foreign and Ukrainian experience. The practical contribution is performed in studying methods of internal control in Ukrainian enterprises, developing guidelines on monitoring systems and methods for assessing its effectiveness. Also the experience using of controlling tools in the practice of Ukrainian enterprises was studied. Modernization perspectives of internal control based on controlling functions were defined. Recommendations for the operation of controlling the information environment were developed.
