Novikov D. Distinctive features of legal regulation of medical workers labor.

The thesis is devoted to the investigation distinctive features legal regulation of medical workers labor. The paper has analyzed the norms of Ukrainian labor legislation, international-law and normative acts of some foreign countries. The specifics of the right to work for medical workers in the absence of moral and material incentives to medical activities, lack of compensation for work in dangerous and hazardous conditions, legal and social protection of medical workers, issues related to the implementation of government reforms in health care are considered. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of unity and differentiation of legal regulation of medical workers, as well as allocation criteria that determine the adoption of special rules of labor law in the area of medical activity. The legal regulation peculiarities of work conditions are investigated. Concrete proposals concerning the improvement of Ukrainian legislation in the area of medical workers labor are introduced.
