Essay

For calculation of hydraulic and thermal conditions of tubular gas heaters with distributed organized delivery of incoming air there was developed the mathematical model as a model of hydraulic circuit with distributed and adjustable parameters. The possibility of using tubular gas heaters with distributed organizes delivery of incoming air in case of variable ratio of radiant and convection components of the heat transmission was experimentally proved. There was experimentally defined the coefficient of convective heat transfer of developed constructions of tubular gas heaters which is 2-4 times higher than the same coefficient for infrared tubular gas heaters. Schemes of calculation of hydraulic and thermal conditions of tubular gas heaters with distributed organized delivery of incoming air were formulated and solved as well as increase of operational effectiveness of air-radiant heat systems on the base of these heaters was substantiated numerically.
