Lavrent'eva K. Clinical and psychopathological characteristics and correction of neurotic disorders in first offenders women in prison

The dissertation is devoted to an actual problem of neurotic disoders treatment. Based on clinical and psychopathological characteristics of neurotic disorders among first offenders women in prison developed the principles of treatment of this pathology. Analyzed the psychological characteristics of 210 female convicts. Systematized disadvantages penitentiary stress triggers the development of mental disorders. A complex method of psychotherapy, explored its use in practice in combination with pharmacotherapy. It is proved that an integrated approach is more effective than the purely medical treatment. Use in the practice of health units the institution of science-based system of diagnosis, prevention and correction makes it possible to improve quality and reduce the terms of timely diagnosis and psychocorrectional events.
