Conclusion grounds on theory of supremacy of law, lawfulness of investigative actions is the main condition of their admissibility as method of determination it's tasks. Thesis contains characteristics of gnoseological, ethics legal and organizational procedural conditions of definition and methods of guarantee their lawfulness. Condition of lawfulness of investigative actions is availability of legal grounds of their realization and components of investigative actions is real and procedural grounds, among them are general and special grounds. Thesis discovers conditions of definition and methods of guarantee the lawfulness of some investigative actions, also proposes the improvement of procedural regulation of investigative actions.
