Jafonkin A. Administrative and legal measures to combat corruption among civil servants in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical administrative and legal measures to prevent and combat corruption among civil servants in Ukraine. Existing measures to prevent and combat corruption in public administration and features of application of administrative and legal measures are on counteraction a corruption, reasons and terms of origin of corruption risks in the field of government service are demonstrated. A concept, signs and composition of administrative offences and also suggestions and recommendations are formulated in relation to the improvement of administrative and legal measures of their warning. The international experience in solving this problem is analyzed and proposed directions for improvement of the national legislation in this area.
