Found out its essence, outlines the genesis of control and supervision in the sphere of excisable goods in the domestic administrative and legal doctrine and enshrined in law, with emphasis on development stages, delineated the concept of control and supervision, the object and purpose of taxation issues identified, analyzed full - weighing of State Tax Service in circulation of excisable goods.
