Dissertation is devoted to the development of scientific and theoretical positions, the development and justification of methodological and practical recommendations on the formation and use of labor potential of industrial enterprises. A concept of a competitive labor potential of industrial enterprises was created on the basis of the theory of the value chain, to improve the competitiveness of enterprises through optimization and the necessary coordination of their value chain with the adjacent chains of suppliers and buyers.
