Essay

The new tachnology for preparing luminescent nanocomposites based on nanosilicon and ailica aerogel is worked out. The comprehensive studies of structural, optical and luminescence properties of nanocomposites are presented. The influence of external factors (forming pressure, aging, UV treating) on PL propeties and relaxation kinetics was investigated. For the first time optical, non-linear optical and luminescence properties of nanostructured oxyhydrixide of aluminium have been observed under effect of thermal treating.
