The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of the financial and legal aspects of regulation of housing construction in Ukraine. Activity in the sphere of housing construction is the object of financial and legal regulation and can be considered as the activity of authorized bodies of financial relationships that are come true in the process of realization of specific methods public financial activities (namely in the process of mobilization, redistribution and allocation of its financial resources from public funds of funds).
