The dissertation are devoted to the development and justification theoretical foundations and methodological approaches for improvements of formation the competitive status of airlines. The scientific and methodological approaches to evaluating airline services are offered and determined their competitive status on the basis of consideration of internal and external competitive advantage by using appropriate indicators.
