Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical foundations and application of technology mullite corundum stop tubes for purging steel ladle with inert gases based on the compositions of the system CaO - FeO - Al2O3 - SiO2. The phase equilibria in the system, defined by coexisting phase and the complete breakdown of the system into elementary tetrahedron defined by their relative size, minimum temperature occurrence races afloat and degree of asymmetry. Courtesy geometries, topological characteristics of the phases of the system CaO - FeO - Al2O3 - SiO2 and built traffic topological relationship of elementary tetrahedron, detected region compositions of which are suitable for application of high-refractory materials and to characterize the interaction between slag and refractory. Technological parameters and mass storage of mullite corundum stop tubes based on the compositions of the system CaO - FeO - Al2O3 - SiO2 and recommended to implement this technology in production.
