Izotova Z. Grain Quality Management in the Agricultural Enterprises

The object of research is the quality management process at the agricultural enterprises. The aim of the research is the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations for the development of the grain quality management at the agricultural enterprises under the conditions of the internal market integration into the international economy. The following methods and techniques were used: systematic and structural, scenario approaches, abstract and logical method, time series approximation, index, hierarchical clustering, pairwise comparisons, expert analysis, the method of the analytic hierarchy process, simulation with the Petri nets, marginal and correlation-regression analysis, economic and mathematical modeling. The scientific novelty of the results consists in the broadening of the theoretical and methodological basis and in the elaboration of the practical recommendations for the development of the grain quality management at the agricultural enterprises. The key states of the thesis are brought to the level of the scientific and methodological working outs and recommendations on the grain quality management at the agricultural enterprises development. The scope of application is the agricultural enterprises, government and education institutions.
