The object of the research was the process of reproduction and the use of human resources at the agricultural enterprises. The aim of the investigation was the substantiation of the theoretical and methodical approaches and the working out of practical recommendations in the improvement of the reproduction processes as well as the processes of formation and evaluation and the use of human resources at the agricultural enterprises. The methods of the research were as follows: abstract and logical; systematic and structural analysis; calculation and constructive; expert; graphic; factor analysis and the classification analyses. The novelty is in the fact that methodical approach to the reproduction management and the use of human resources at the agricultural enterprises has been developed. It connects all the stages of qualification and re-qualification of the staff working at the agricultural enterprises in the educational and productive sectors. It also includes the definition of qualitative and quantitive factors of reproduction efficiency, the formation and use of human resources at the agricultural enterprises of various forms of farming and size. The main provisions brought to the level of specific teaching materials and practical recommendations. Scope of use - agricultural enterprises, governments, higher education institutions.
