Zozulya-Bakhir I. Employment and efficiency of women's labour at agricultural enterprises.

Research results of rural women's employment and labour concepts have been represented as well as their distinetive features at agricultural enterprises, framework of categories and concepts, legal aspects of employment research, productiveness of women's labour at agricultural enterprises, research methodology of women's employment organization and their labour productivity at agricultural enterprises. The dynamics of formation of rural female population share have been analyzed as an element of performance potential of rural areas as well as their economic activity in a labour market, dynamics and structure of women's employment at agricultural enterprises and in rural areas in general, productiveness of women's work at agricultural enterprises and its factors, foreign experience of women's and its adaptability in Ukrainian agriculture. Main development trends of employment motivation and productiveness enhancement of women's work in agricultural sector, improvement of labour policy at women's employment in agricultural sector and support of entrepreneurial women's initiatives in rural areas, diversification of women's employment categories in agricultural sector and rural areas and reduction of non-formality level have been explained in thesis.
