Essay

The thesis is determined to investigate theoretical and practical aspects of the activ-ity of people's economies in the system of rural territories development. The essence, role, and the place of people's economies and methodological grounds of their functioning in the system of rural territories are given. Approaches concerning the structuring of rural territories are proposed. The evolution of people's economies development during the period of the 20-30 years of XX century up to nowadays is systematized and the methodic of their functioning and development level has been worked out as well. The methodic of rural territories development evaluation on the basis of index of their social and economical development accounting is proposed. The social and economical model of people's economies development strategy in the system of rural territories development for providing the formation of the effective home economies functioning has been grounded. The strategy of the rural territories development, the structure of which includes the main principles, methodological grounds of organization's development, priorities, principles and goals of the development and the mechanism of their achievement, the organizational realization mechanism is worked out. This strategy is a complex of ideas, grounds, methods, methodological principles, that while combining form the essential basis, parameters and trends of home economies development in the villages. The strategy has been grounded with the aim of translating into life the social and economical model of people's economies development for providing the increasing of their functioning level.
