Essay

The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization of the results and achieved decisions actual scientific task - based on survey of 103 patients with asthma, which in the 61 cases occurs on the background of overweight or obesity, proved pathogenetic role of ACE and eNO-synthase genes polymorphism, determined the impact of high concentrations of proinflammatory cytokines and indicators of blood lipid spectrum, that in combination can cause target organ damage, which allows to estimate the risk of cardiovascular complications and the possibility of formation of treatment-refractory forms of the disease. Based on the determining of BMI, lipid and cytokine metabolism and allelic polymorphism of genes of ACE and eNO-synthase formed groups of patients with different degrees of cardiovascular risk that allows predicting of the disease course and control of treatment measures.
