Iorgachova M. Formation of investment resources in the corporate sector of Ukraine

The thesis dwells on development of suggestions for development of mechanisms for attracting investment resources into the corporate sector of Ukraine, in particular into private joint stock companies. This paper substantiates the feasibility and reasonability to attract public funds as a promising source of investment in the corporate sector. To use the investment potential of the population, the author develops a mechanism for attracting investment into the corporate sector and the model that estimates the shares that are to be provided to employees under this program.
