Yuskiv N. State power: philosophical and legal research.

The thesis is dedicated to the study of the problem of philosophical and legal comprehension of the state power phenomenon. Ontological, epistemological and anthropological aspects of state power in the contemporary society are researched in their integrity. Philosophical and legal study of the notion of state power is analyzed from four perspectives: study of social and legal nature of the state power phenomena as a normative system in the context of original conditions of human social being; understanding of state power through the definitions of the researched phenomenon; realization of the state-power system through value elements of freedom and justice; analysis of state power in terms of social conflict concept.
