The thesis is dedicated to the problem of justification for the basics of regional development funds' deployment within the state regional policy implementation system. The method for defining the optimal for particular country variant of the regional development funds' deployment based on usual approaches towards their organization was proposed. The model and practical recommendations for deployment of such a fund in Ukraine were grounded.
