Essay

The Object - рeroxide processes and metabolism of lipids and fatty acids in the liver and skeletal muscle of carp by Commodity different amounts of zinc and vegetable fat in the diet. Purpose - to determine the influence of different amounts of zinc and vegetable fat in the fodder for peroxide processes, lipid metabolism and fatty acids in tissues and growth of carp Methods: biochemical, hydrobiological, chemical, zootechnics, statistical. Novelty - the influence of different amounts of zinc and vegetable fat in the fodder in the process of lipid peroxide and fatty acid content in tissues and growth of commercial carp. First, for the optimal number of zinc and deci-step pack oils in the fodder in the tissues of carp increased activity of antioxidant enzymes and reduced-Xia level of lipid peroxidation products. Under these conditions in carp tissues increased content of dietary polyunsaturated fatty acids n-6 families and, in particular, n-3. When feeding a mixture of rapeseed oil with zinc sulfate within the granular feed carps live weight increased by 18.5%
