Essay

Object – fermentation processes, nitrogen metabolism of fatty acids, milk yield per cow under conditions of high levels of acid detergent fiber in the diet. Goal – to determine nitrogen metabolism and fatty acids in the rumen and milk production and composition of milk by high levels of acid detergent fiber in the diet of cows in summer. Methods – biochemical (spectrophotometric, chromatographic), zootechnical, statistics. Scientific novelty – studied the positive effects of high levels of acid detergent fiber in the diet, which served as a source of hay chaff with different particle sizes, the fermentation processes, production of volatile fatty acids and transformation of non-protein nitrogen, protein nitrogen in the rumen, the activity of transamination enzymes in the blood, nitrogen balance in the body and the content of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids in milk cows in summer. Shown that of high levels of acid detergent fiber in the diet also has a positive effect on milk production and the contents of protein, fat and lactose in milk cows.
