The dissertation is based on theoretical generalization, justification of methodological principles, approaches and recommendations proposed new address important scientific and practical problems of formation and functioning of the economic mechanism of adaptation of enterprises poultry farms to the terms of innovation. The concept of mixed (centralized, decentralized) system of innovative development of farming enterprise, which establishes the sequence of inclusion in the process management of interrelated phases of management and provides a rational relationship between all structural and functional units of the machinery of government, and determines the amount and type of information for effective decisions.
