Zavydivska O. Development of residential mortgage crediting in Ukraine in the post-crisis period

Object: the processes of becoming and development of residential mortgage lending in Ukraine. Objective: deepening the theoretical and practical foundations of the development of residential mortgage lending in Ukraine and improving the models of their implementation in the post-crisis period. Methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, historical analogies, systematic approach and scientific abstractions, statistical analysis, multivariate econometric analysis and economic-mathematical modeling, surveys and expert assessments, graphics. Results: improved organizational principles of functioning the system of residential mortgage lending in Ukraine in the post-crisis period, methodical approach to the analysis of residential mortgage loans in Ukraine in the post-crisis period, the conceptual basis of the formation of a two-level model of mortgage in Ukraine based on a combination of activity the State Mortgage Institution and common mortgage bank. Use: in the activity the State Fund for Youth Housing, Lviv regional department of JSC "State Savings Bank of Ukraine", branch of JSC "Ukreximbank" in Lviv, in the learning process of the Lviv Institute of Banking of the University of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine (Kyiv).
