Kopylyuk N. Mechanism restructuring of banks in terms of financial instability

Object: The process of reorganization of banks under conditions of the financial instability. Objective: deepening the theoretical and methodological framework on implementation the process of reorganization of banks in Ukraine and the development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanism for their implementation. Methods: historical, abstract and logical analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, economic-statistical, economic analysis, graphic, economic and mathematical modeling. Results: for the first time proposed methodological tools of choice options and making decisions on the reorganization of banks, which allows to specify a sequence of actions in the implementation processes of merger, consolidation, acquisition, separation, selection, acquisition, conversion, sales, improved meaning of "restructuring" and "reorganization of banks, bank restructuring mechanism, the essence of which is determined by a combination of tools, forms, methods and instruments to ensure efficient operation of individual institutions and the banking system as a whole in terms of economic instability.
