Ryabikina O. Management of forming and development of technical-technological base of an enterprise (for ore-mining and processing combines of Kryvbass).

In the thesis modern approaches to management of technical-technological base (TTB) of enterprise as complex, open, dynamic system are grounded. Principles and imperatives of management are set. The fragmentariness of the existent tools and their evaluation through the prism of partial indexes of technical and technological elements are proved. The author's method of evaluation of integral level of technical-technological base on the basis of which dynamically structural analysis of integral level of ore-mining processing complex (OMPC) TTB is developed. Backlogs of growth of their high-quality parameters are identified. Disproportion of structure of technical and technological elements of OMPC of TTB is marked, that makes impossible the maximum complete use of technical-technological terms of profitability providing of OMPC. As a result of research a model of organizationally economic providing of mechanism of management forming and development of OMPC of TTB is developed, within the framework of which certainly primary objective, variability of use of types of technological strategies and scenarios of development of TTB depending on actual attained level and financial possibilities of enterprise is worked out.
