Essay

The main point of the work is stabilization of the interaction speed of working element (the torch of the sprayer) of the machines with a pipeline surface during the reverse-rotary oscillations of the sprayer around the pipeline and determination of influence of the quality of machine modernization on the effectiveness of its application. In the course of work analytical and experimental researches of the dynamic and shape-generating characteristics of the machine selected for modernization were conducted. After the results of analysis of the received data a dynamic synthesis of the machine with three (instead of two) phases of freedom of the working element were accomplished, in the course of which methods of selection were developed and a dimension type and a law of control by an additional motor of the sprayer were selected as well as an analysis of influence of unevenness of the absolute rotary speed of the print of torch of the sprayer on productivity, raw materials saving, and coverage laying costs was performed. |
