There were studied, hepatic perfusion and vascular network changes of coronary arteries, endocardial hemodynamics, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) indices, carotid arteries vascular network structure, lipid spectrum indices There was found that patients with AH (arterial hypertension) and MS (metabolic syndrome) have early atherosclerotic changes in the coronary arteries against the background of hepatic perfusion malfunction, . thickening of the carotid arteries lining and lipid metabolism malfunction. There was grounded the necessity of using radiologic methods (MDCT-coronarography and MDCT-hepatic perfusion) for patients with АH and MS to determine the early changes in target-organs.
